(More customer reviews)This product arrived quickly and in good condition. The set-up was strait forward and easy. The pressure washer worked GREAT for about 15 minutes, and then it lost pressure. Per the trouble-shooting section of the instruction manual, I checked all the connections to make sure none were sucking air, and then I tried again, but the unit still would not create any water pressure. I phoned the manufacturer and was given the same advice (check the connections), so I did that again without luck. Frustrated, I set it aside and tried again today. This time I wrapped thread seal (plumber's tape) on the threads of the connection between the wand and the pressure hose. I also replaced the gaskets in the inlet hose; however, the fourth time was not a charm - the unit's motor ran and the water flowed, but with no more pressure than a garden hose. It's heading back for a refund.

(More customer reviews)I received this product about two weeks ago. I had a little trouble connecting the pressure hose, but once my husband helped it all worked. It did a good job removing moss from my flagstone deck and is easy to use.
However, there is both a pressure cord and a power cord and there are no hooks to wrap the cords on. I think that is why they do not show any cords in the picture.
I bought this one because it has an induction motor. Several of the other 1800 psi electric pressure washers do not have induction motors and in reading customer reviews, several people had trouble with the motors burning out on other models.
I only used the Karcher for 20-30 minutes at a time so I do not know if it can run for a couple of hours. I had no problems at all. I would recommend this for purchase.

Using the normal nozzle tips of the pressure washer worked, but ultimately impractical due to the tedious time required. This surface cleaner worked like magic in a fraction of the time. It is light and easy to use without straining the arms. It leaves a smooth, uniformly clean finish. And it was even fun. Felt a bit like fixing pictures in Photoshop or using a Paint program, as the unit so smoothly changes the color as it sweeps along!

That is because after I unboxed it and set it up to use, the plastic quick connect they use for the incoming water, from your hose, was actually blown off the pressure washer. I have several other plastic quick connects, of better quality, I use for changing sprayers on my garden hose. I figured maybe the included quick connect had a hairline fracture or was just faulty in some way. So, I exchanged the broken one with one of mine. Again I squeezed the trigger and the same thing happened. The pressure washer cycled on and the second I let go of the trigger, the back pressure again blew the new quick connect off the back of the machine. Though this time it didn't just snap the teeth that hold it on the nipple (this quick connect actually grabbed much better), but snapped the entire quick connect in half. It takes an awful lot of sudden high pressure to do that. This is when I knew it was poorly designed, so I packed it up and sent it back. Unless you have an anti-syphon valve at the faucet outside, then all this pressure will be forced back into the pipes in your house. If you do have an anti-syphon valve, then the hose used to supply water to the pressure washer will need to absorb the additional back pressure and depending on the quantity of water and quality of hose, that could mean busted hoses. I don't understand why they would design a pressure washer that builds pressure in both directions, it seems stupid to me. Or, on the hand, I received a lemon in which case I still wouldn't want a product from a company with that little quality control.

(More customer reviews)I used this on my boat cover that had some mildew forming on the outside, and on the boat itself once I got finished with the cover.
I sprayed the soap mixture as directed and let it sit for a few minutes. I then used it with anywhere from the 15 degree up to the 45 degree nozzle heads, and the cleaning was not improved at all over areas that I didn't first treat with the cleaner.
Results were pretty much the same when I cleaned the interior of the boat. Pressure from the pressure washer is what makes the difference.

For $100 it is a good value for the average around the house job; driveway, deck, etc. Two tips; use the appropriate chemical cleaner for your task, e.g, a deck cleaning solution, a concrete cleaning solution. The power washer alone doesn't do as good a job and, be sure to let the water do its work by moving the wand across the area being cleaned slowly.

(More customer reviews)This was our second power washer. Our first was much more powerful (1750 psi). It could take the paint off the deck. It actually was too powerful for the kinds of jobs we needed. We were very happy with the new Campbell Haufeld 1300 pressure washer. It had enough power to clean the deck and lawn furniture easily. It is light and compact and much easier to use and store. I would have given this product 5 stars - but the auto detail kit was really not worth much. The pressure washer itself was a great deal!
