(More customer reviews)This is the third carburetor replacement for my generator running the Honda GX390 engine. After standing for any long length of time the generator will not start. Replacing the carburetor immediately solves the problem but last week again I had the same problem when I tried to start the generator. I suspect the gas which has a 10 per cent ethanol mix. I never had any problems before and I have had the generator "A Dayton" for many years. I have heard ethanol mixed gas is bad for small engines and do not know what to do.
