The bad: Because it's well made, it is fairly heavy. It is, as you should expect, pretty unwieldy when extended even part way. When extended all the way it is an out and out beast.
The ugly: When it is extended most of the way, coupled with the u-shaped gutter attachment and hooked up to a 3,000 psi pressure washer with a 30 deg. tip the beast now has a bad attitude. As the force of the water exiting the tip pushes the pole back it actually bows out the aluminum pole section. I think it is reasonable to say that most folks will struggle when using this thing. After a while it might even have you feeling like a girlie-man (
