(More customer reviews)I researched power washers for many hours and finally decided on the Re-conditioned Karcher 2600. I am a big fan of buying reconditioned items simply because they are checked and double checked for any problems and you usually get the best bang for your buck. I got mine for $279 which was two hundred less than a brand new one. I received this two days after I ordered it and it was packaged almost as if it was brand new. Putting it together was fairly easy and I was off to do some much needed power washing. This unit did not disappoint in the least. It started on the first pull and I felt the power immediately. The Honda engine is great and the pnematic wheels make it easy to move around. For me, there is no need for a turbo nozzle because the settings it comes with are extremely powerful and good for almost any task. For $279, I would buy this immediately if you need a good strong pressure washer.

And they give you a coupling to attach it directly to the wand but it has the wrong threads. (Male instead of female). I had to buy my own @ an additiional $5.50. I emailed them but there was no response.

I was looking for something to clean the brick pavers in the backyard and driveway. This thing did the job. The vario wand it comes with made my backyard look like new after 3 hours of work. It cleaned thoroughly without the need of detergents (even though I bought it).
*Comes with a 'safety' so kids can't pull the trigger.
*Only sprays when you pull the trigger.
*Be careful with the vario wand....it stripped paint off of wood fencing.
*Super easy assembly and operation. I mean easy.
*Cords were long enough to leave the main unit in one end of the backyard while I walked around with the wand. 25' Wand cord and even longer electric cord.
*Wasn't noisy at all. I thought I would need earplugs but the noise it produces it definitely easy to deal with. No neighbors complained or even peeped out to see what was happeninig. A benefit of electric I guess.
*Got it at Lowes though. Needed it asap.
Cons:
*Needs a way to keep trigger depressed to alleviate hand strain.
*Wheels only roll on rough surfaces. A bit clunky rotating.
*Hard to screw in water hose. I feel the hose entry port should be easier to access. (It's in the front recessed inside the housing)
*Cord storage could be better. It has a hanger on the front but it just barely accommodates the wand cord and electric cord.
Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. This is my first pressure washer, btw. The cons are not really a big deal to me. The performance blew me away and overrides the small setbacks.

(More customer reviews)The waterjet power washer is a hose attachment that creates a jet stream of water. The idea behind it is to give the user the effect of a power washer without the cost. It does not accomplish this, but that does not mean it is not a good product.
Naturally, it can't change the water pressure coming out of a hose without adding power, so you can't really expect it to do that. What the product does is tighten the stream of water coming out of the end of the hose to artificially increase pressure, like placing your finger over part of the hose, but with greater consistency and accuracy. It does this well, but as you can figure, any cheap hose attachment typically has a "jet" function. Is the water jet more powerful than the jet function of a standard hose attachment? Maybe a little bit stronger, but not substantially.
What the product does do well is distance. The jet stream produced from this attachment is slightly stronger than the jet from a normal attachment, and travels about three times the distance. So if you are looking at cleaning the second floor windows, or rinsing something high up, then this attachment would do well. At close range, it is also sufficient for cleaning things like cars, walkways, and other stuff. The extra length means you don't need to worry about bending down if you are, for example, cleaning out a crack in the concrete in order to put in some filler. A true powerwasher may be too strong, and risk causing damage to vehicles, but the stream performed by this is safe, if it hits the skin it is not painful, although I wouldn't aim the water jet at the eyes.
So in other words, the added distance, and the convenience of not having to bend over to clean out cracks, tires, or brick walkways; make this a versatile, useful tool. It loses a star because no matter how I attach it, the thing leaks. I had to buy a rubber washer to solve this issue. It is also a bit pricey, when it offers only minor advantages to a cheap attachment available at any walmart. I would rate it 3.5, but I am giving it the benefit of the doubt.

The pressure washer is a complete failure though - don't order it or do so with your eyes wide open! The first unit arrived beautifully packaged and set up was a 3 minute task. But ... it simply would not turn on. After 45 minutes of experimenting a call to customer service for the manufacturer quickly reached agreement that something was wrong and it should be returned. I asked if they were not tested before leaving factory? She said she doubted that the Chinese factory did testing. The replacement unit arrived quickly thanks to Amazon and even better it set-up and started without a hitch. But the pressure!?? It was feeble indeed - little more than my garden hose achieves with a good nozzle and it would not clean even modest dirt areas from the deck. No way this thing is 1750 psi - my neighbor's mini-unit rated at 1250 psi is far stronger. Back it goes ... thanks Amazon .... but your warehouse needs to clean this one out!
